Description

Super Soccer Skills

Join coach Emily Scheese for a special practice series focusing on building and refining your player's technical skills while gaining confidence and having fun. These hour-long sessions will come with a personalized feel for the players involved. Competitive players can get ready for NorCal and rec players can prepare for the competitive level and tryouts come spring 2025! The practices will entail technical training, speed, agility and quickness training (SAQ), and provide additional small group scrimmage time. Get some additional exercise and build friendships across the GLG player community!
